Every client gets 30 fast-track documents per month. Those who need more buy a Gold or Platinum pack and stay at the front of the queue.
On the Documents page, under the upload area, you always see whether you are on the fast track or the regular queue, the credits left and the link to buy more. Each queued row shows its place and estimated wait, for example (working…) (2nd · ~2 min), updating live.
Recognition can also be run after upload, from the expense's own page: the Run recognition button with the Magni loupe 
sits in the toolbar, to the left of Preview, Download and Change document. It opens a small panel with the credits left and the queue the run will use — Runs on the fast track (1 credit). or Runs on the regular queue (free). — plus Buy credits and Run recognition buttons. While the document waits, the button shows its place, for example Recognising · 2º · ~3 min; the page reloads with the recognised data when it finishes and shows the reason if it fails. The upload rules apply unchanged: on the fast track each run costs 1 credit and every re-run is charged again, and free runs count towards the 20 per hour, 50 per day and 30 per month limits.
Measured this week in production, one document at a time. Queued documents add their wait on top; the fast track skips the regular backlog.
